I do love NYC at Christmastime

Buildings trimmed with lights, over-sized decorations around every midtown corner, Salvation Army bell-ringers rocking to catchy Christmas tunes. If you can get to NYC the weekend after Thanksgiving, when all the lights are up, the crowds are manageable, and the chill is just settling into the air, you can have a wonderful time. If you come any weekend after that, leading up to Christmas, you'll likely get trampled by over-stimulated tourists with 20 shopping bags each.

My brother and sister-in-law visited last weekend, and my sister and I took them out to see the lights in midtown. I thought I'd share with ya'll some of the highlights. Enjoy!
